Domestic and government board grades
Fanfold
At Central Texas Corrugated, our fanfold packaging - a
continuous length of corrugated sheet that is usually 1,000
to 1,500 linear feet - is accordion folded into a bale and
shipped and stored on a pallet.
It's a great solution if for packaging very long products - such as window coverings - or products that vary in length. It can also be used in box-making machines to build packaging for products that vary in length, height, and width.
Our fanfold product:
- Can be cut to width.
- Can include repetitive, one-color band printing.
- Is scored to specifications.
- Is folded lengthwise to specification.
- Can be made from A, AC, B, BC, or C flutes.
Single and Double Wall
Make your own boxes from our corrugated sheets, or use them as dividers and shock absorbers to protect products during shipping.
Our corrugated sheets are:
- Cut to size.
- Available in a variety of flutes.
Our single wall product is available in A, C, and B flutes.
Our double wall product is available in AC, CB, and BC flutes.
Coatings
Available for antistatic and moisture-, abrasion-, oil-resistance, and color.
Custom features
Sesame tape, which consists of perforations in corrugated sheets with tape inside, designed for easy opening.
